The 3 Week Diet is a diet that claims to have the dieter losing HUGE amounts of weight only only 3 weeks. It almost sounds too good to be true with claims like 15-20 lbs in only 3 weeks however the author, Brian Flatt tells us that he has a scientifically proven system for fat loss that will make this safe and possible for just about anyone.

Actually NO IT IS NOT! The truth is that Brian Flatt has taken principles that have worked for literally CENTURIES and shown you how to use them with modern day science to your advantage. These principles are based around fasting which has been a staple of civilization throughout history. The ancient Greeks, Monks in Tibet and many others have fasted and this has not only kept these people in shape and lean, but also has shown to increase lifespan.
